React, Next.js & TypeScript
Front-end engineers who ship typed, tested interfaces rather than a demo that falls over on real data.
Hire a developer
Tell us what needs building and we propose a specific person, their relevant experience and their availability — before you commit to anything. You work with them directly, their code is reviewed by a second engineer, and you own all of it on payment.
Skills
Front-end engineers who ship typed, tested interfaces rather than a demo that falls over on real data.
Backend work: API design, database schema, authentication, queues and the idempotency that keeps retries from duplicating records.
Theme architecture, custom sections, checkout extensions and private apps — as a Shopify Partner team.
Custom themes and plugins, and the unglamorous work of untangling a site that has collected fifty of them.
Cross-platform mobile, including the store submission process that catches most first-time publishers out.
Data pipelines, workflow automation, and LLM features scoped to your data with refusal behaviour defined.
Roles
Each one is a real page, not a keyword — the responsibilities, the stack and what that person actually hands over, written out so you can tell before you talk to us whether it is the role you need.
How it works
Describe what needs building. Job titles are a poor filter — “React developer” covers people who could not do your project and people who are overqualified for it.
You get a specific engineer, their relevant experience, and their availability. Not a pool, not a bench, not a CV shuffled in later.
Either a fixed scope with a fixed price, or a defined block of dedicated time. Both are written down before anything starts.
Your tools, your standups if you have them, your code review. No account manager relaying messages between you and the person writing the code.
Comparison
Written honestly, including the cases where the alternative wins.
Hiring is the right answer for permanent, ongoing work — and we will say so. This makes sense when the work is a defined project, when you need a skill you will not need again, or when the hiring process would take longer than the project.
A good freelancer is often cheaper and entirely sufficient for a narrow task. What you get here instead is continuity when someone is ill, a second engineer who has seen the codebase, and accountability that survives one person disappearing.
No layer of account management, no different people delivering than the ones who sold it, and no minimum team size. The trade-off is honest: we are not the right choice if you need forty engineers next month.
Straight answer
We would rather lose the enquiry now than three weeks in.
Questions
Everything people ask before staffing a project with us, including what happens when it goes wrong.
Yes. You get a named engineer with their relevant experience before you commit, and you work with them directly. There is no arrangement here where a senior person wins the work and someone junior delivers it.
We quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card, because a rate without a scope tells you almost nothing — a cheaper hourly rate attached to twice the hours is not cheaper. Describe the work and you get a written scope with a fixed price, or a defined block of dedicated time with a fixed figure, usually within two business days.
If the work has a clear end state, a fixed-scope project is usually cheaper and lower risk, because the estimate is our problem rather than yours. Dedicated time makes more sense when the work is genuinely open-ended or you need capacity inside your own process. We will tell you which one your situation is.
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before commercially sensitive discussions, and every engineer is bound by confidentiality obligations regardless.
That is the usual arrangement. Your repository, your branching model, your code review, your ticket tracker, your standups if you run them. We adapt to how your team works rather than imposing a process on it.
You do, outright, on payment in full. It goes in your repository, under your accounts, with no licence reverting to us. If you move to another provider afterwards, everything needed to do that goes with you.
We have offices in Birmingham, UK and Islamabad, Pakistan, which gives a wide overlap with Europe, the Middle East and the US East Coast. Where a project needs specific live hours, we agree them before starting rather than discovering the gap in week two.
Typically within one to two weeks, depending on the stack and the seniority needed. If we cannot staff it in a timeframe that works for you, we say so immediately rather than accepting the work and hoping someone frees up.
Yes, and we encourage it for anything longer than a couple of weeks. We propose the person we believe fits rather than sending you a shortlist to sift, but you should talk to them before agreeing to work together.
Tell us early and we replace them at no additional cost, and we absorb the handover time rather than billing you for someone getting up to speed twice. If we cannot find a better fit, we end the engagement and you pay only for work delivered.
Yes. A defined number of days per week or per month is often the right shape for maintenance, ongoing improvements, or supporting an existing team through a busy period. It is agreed in writing so both sides know what is reserved.
Code written here is reviewed by a second engineer before it reaches you. That is included rather than an add-on, because unreviewed code is not finished code.
Common, and straightforward. We bring in the right specialist for that portion rather than having your existing engineer learn it on your budget. Any change to scope or cost is quoted and approved before it happens.
Yes, at our cost, including the handover. Continuity is the main thing an agency offers over an individual contractor, and it is worth nothing if we charge you for it.
Least-privilege access, individual accounts rather than shared credentials, and access revoked at the end of the engagement. We will never ask you to send a password by email or WhatsApp.
Not the question you had? Send it to us on WhatsApp or email it. We answer in writing — no call required, and no obligation.
Would rather not use a form?
Both reach the same people. Neither is slower than the form.
