The scope is fixed before you pay
You get a written scope naming every deliverable and every exclusion. If we underestimated the work inside that scope, absorbing it is our cost, not yours.
Our guarantee
We guarantee the things inside our control — scope, price, date and quality — and we say plainly that we do not guarantee the things that are not. A narrower promise we keep is worth more to you than a sweeping one hedged in the small print.
You get a written scope naming every deliverable and every exclusion. If we underestimated the work inside that scope, absorbing it is our cost, not yours.
The figure you agree is the figure you pay. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately and never begun without your written approval.
We commit to the delivery window in writing. If something threatens it, you hear when we find out — not at the deadline.
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we correct it at no charge. There is no window on that, because it is finishing the job rather than supporting it.
Message us and say what went wrong. That is the whole process — there is no form, no arbitration clause, and nobody you have to get past first. A guarantee with a claims procedure attached is usually a guarantee designed not to be claimed.
Email legal@livinservices.com with the project, the deliverable, and what does not match the scope. Screenshots or links help.
Every claim gets a substantive response from a person who worked on the project, not a template.
Correction is the first remedy and resolves nearly everything. Where it cannot be corrected in reasonable time, we refund the fee for the affected deliverable.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within ten business days of the decision.
Because that phrase is almost never true, and every agency using it has a refund policy underneath that says otherwise. We are a services business: once the work has been done, the cost of doing it has already been spent on people’s time, which cannot be returned to stock.
So we promise what we can actually honour — a fixed scope, a fixed price, a date, and defects fixed free — and we publish the exclusions on the same page rather than three clicks away. If a guarantee needs you not to read the policy behind it, it is not a guarantee.
Including the ones with an uncomfortable answer. Every question is in the page source whether or not it is open, so you can search it and so can anything else reading this page.
Work outside the agreed scope, changes you ask for after sign-off, third-party platform changes and outages, hosting or plugin costs, and anything broken by edits made after handover by someone else. Those exclusions are on this page rather than three clicks away, because a guarantee that depends on you not reading the exclusions is not a guarantee.
Yes to a deposit, and it is non-refundable — it reserves delivery time that we then cannot sell to anyone else. The Refund Policy sets out the detail. We would rather state that here than let you find it after committing.
You can. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and you keep it — the code, the accounts, the documentation, all of it, in your name. We do not hold anything hostage as leverage, and there is no cancellation penalty on top.
You do, throughout. Every account is created in your name from the start rather than transferred at the end, and the code is yours. That is deliberate: it means walking away from us is inconvenient rather than expensive, which is the only honest way to sell ongoing work.
Four things, all in writing before you pay anything: the scope is fixed and lists every deliverable and every exclusion; the price does not move; the delivery date is committed to, and if anything threatens it you hear when we find out rather than at the deadline; and any deliverable that does not match the agreed scope is corrected free, with no time limit on that.
No, and we would rather say so here than bury it in a policy. We are a services business — once work has been done, the cost of doing it has been spent on people’s time and cannot be returned to stock. What we do instead is fix the scope and the price before you commit, and correct defects free. If an agency advertises "100% money-back" and its refund policy says deposits are non-refundable, one of those two documents is not true.
No. Those depend on your market, your pricing, your competitors and, in the case of rankings, a system owned by Google. Anyone promising you a specific number there is either guessing or selling. We guarantee the work: that what we said we would build is built, works, and is handed over on the date agreed.
No. The same four commitments apply to a one-day fix and to a multi-month build. What changes on larger work is that the scope is broken into stages with a date and a price each, so you are never more than one stage away from a checkpoint.
You should not take it on faith — check it against the Refund Policy and the Terms, which are linked here, and see whether they agree. Most agency guarantee pages do not survive that test. Ours is written narrow specifically so it does.
You hear as soon as we know, with a revised date and the reason. If the delay is ours, we do not charge for the extra time it takes. If it is caused by something on your side — access, content or approvals arriving late — we will tell you that plainly too, and we will have flagged it before it became a delay.
Message or email us with what you expected and what you are seeing, and point at the line in the scope. There is no form and no ticket queue. We will tell you within one business day whether we agree it is a defect, and if it is, when it will be fixed.
No. If a deliverable does not match what the scope said, correcting it is finishing the job rather than supporting it, so there is no window. What is not covered indefinitely is new work, platform changes, or breakage caused by later edits from someone else — those are quoted separately.
We read the scope document together. It exists precisely so this conversation is about a written line rather than two memories of a conversation. In practice most disputes come from something neither side wrote down — which is why we make the scope specific enough to be boring.
It is in the Terms of Service and the scope document you sign, both of which are linked from this page. If anything on this page contradicts those documents, tell us — that is a bug on our side and we want to know, because the whole point of writing it this way is that all three say the same thing.
Not the question you had? Send it to us on WhatsApp or email it. We answer in writing — no call required, and no obligation.
Would rather not use a form?
Both reach the same people. Neither is slower than the form.
