Livin Services is a digital agency covering ecommerce, web and software, AI and automation, growth marketing, design and infrastructure. We work from two offices — Birmingham in the UK and Islamabad in Pakistan — and remotely everywhere else. Every engagement is quoted as a written scope with one fixed price attached.
Three things, all checkable rather than claimed. You get the scope written line by line with one fixed price attached before any work starts, so there is no running total and no discovery fee. You own every account we touch from the day it is created, so leaving us costs you nothing but a handover. And we will tell you when a job is not worth doing, or when hiring someone in-house is cheaper than paying us — we would rather lose the work than sell you something you do not need.
We do not organise the company by industry, because the work is largely the same across them: a Shopify checkout behaves the same whether you sell coffee or car parts. What does change is regulation and the buying pattern, so tell us your sector and we will say plainly whether we have worked in it before. If we have not, we will say that too rather than claim expertise we do not have.

Each location page publishes the real working-hour overlap with your timezone instead of promising same-day replies we cannot always make.
No, and nor can anyone honestly. Rankings, revenue and ad performance depend on markets, competitors and platforms we do not control. What we do guarantee in writing is the scope, the timeline and the quality of the work: if the build turns out bigger than the scope we agreed, absorbing the difference is our cost, and if something breaks because of how we built it, we fix it with no time limit.
