How we price work
No price list. One fixed price for a written scope.
Livin Services quotes every project individually: you get a written scope listing each deliverable and one fixed price covering it, within 2 business days of getting in touch. We do not publish rate cards or starting prices, because two projects that sound identical in a sentence routinely differ by a factor of ten once the templates, integrations and edge cases are counted.

How a price is arrived at
Tell us the goal
A couple of sentences is enough — what is happening now and what you want to be different. No form marathon, no qualification call before anyone will speak to you.
We scope it in writing
Every deliverable listed, with what is explicitly excluded. If we think part of it will not pay for itself, we say so here rather than quietly billing for it.
One fixed price
One fixed price for an agreed deliverable — never an hourly rate that drifts. The figure in the scope is the figure you pay. You approve the scope and the figure together, within 2 business days of getting in touch.
Build in the open
Work lands on a staging URL you can open whenever you like. You never have to ask how it is going, and nothing is revealed only at the end.
What actually moves the number
Not hours logged. These four things, in roughly this order.
How many templates or screens
A five-page site and a fifty-page site are different projects even when they look similar in a brief.
How many integrations
Each system we have to talk to — CRM, ERP, payment, fulfilment — adds real work, and each one has its own surprises.
How much of the data is clean
Migrations are priced on the state of what is being migrated. We look before quoting rather than discovering it afterwards.
How many edge cases are real
Multi-currency, multi-language, unusual tax rules or accessibility obligations all change the shape of a build.
Always included, never a line item
