Livin Services is a digital agency working across Shopify, WordPress, custom web and software, technical SEO, email, paid ads and automation. We quote a fixed price against a scope written line by line, you talk to the people building the work, and everything transfers to you on handover. When a project is wrong for us — or cheaper to do another way — we say so.
Who we are, and how we got here
Livin Services is a digital agency working from two offices — Birmingham in the UK and Islamabad in Pakistan — and remotely everywhere else. The two timezones are the reason the company is shaped the way it is: work moves between them across the day, so something is usually progressing while one office sleeps.
We started because of a specific frustration, and it is still the thing we organise around. Most agency quotes are a number without a scope, which means nobody can tell whether the price is fair and nobody can say what "finished" means. So we write the scope line by line, attach one fixed price to it, and agree both before any work starts. There is no discovery fee, no deposit to hold a slot, and no retainer attached to a build.
The work spans six practice areas: Shopify and ecommerce development, WordPress and WooCommerce, custom web and app development, technical SEO and local SEO, email marketing and paid media, and AI and workflow automation. One team covers all of it, which matters more than it sounds: when the store, the app feeding it and the tracking behind both come from the same place, there is nobody to blame when something breaks between them.
We are also willing to talk you out of work. If a job is not worth doing yet, if a cheaper quote covers the same ground, or if hiring someone in-house would cost you less than paying us, that is what you will be told — in writing, before you spend anything.

Founded in Islamabad
2018Started as a two-person studio building Shopify stores for local retailers, on the belief that a fixed written scope beats an open-ended retainer.
First fifty clients
2019Grew almost entirely on referral, which set the standard we still work to: the last project has to earn the next one.
Working across time zones
2020Took on clients in the US, UK and Australia, and restructured delivery so a handover never waits eight hours for a reply.
